CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800023 (LA) <br /> RON FELTON, INC/MICHAEL FARLEY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1800023 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on March 22, 2018, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on September 21, 2019, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown <br /> on the site plan dated January 30, 2018. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' <br /> Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
