� f <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> L4-97-60 <br /> Celle <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-60 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on November 20, 1997, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on May 22, 1999,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT' <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS' <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> C. This development is subject to reapportionment under San Joaquin County Area Flood <br /> Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An <br /> application requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, <br /> along with payment of the reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to recording the <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 3.
