BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT". The Site <br /> Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE <br /> PLAN CHECK LIST' for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USES: This approval is for the following uses as shown on the revised site plan dated <br /> April 11, 2005: <br /> (1) A 504 square foot drive-through coffee house and 192 square foot patio cover. (Eating <br /> Establishments—Convenience) <br /> (2) 4,950 square foot of building space to be used for professional offices. (Professional Services) <br /> (3) 10,000 square foot of building space to be used for retail and commercial sales. (Retail Sales <br /> and Services-Intermediate) <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the building permit <br /> application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. HOURS OF OPERATION: <br /> (1) No business shall operate before 6:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. <br /> (2) No deliveries shall be made before 6:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. <br /> e.
