PA-0400400 OF GREG & KAREN <br /> WRIGHT & JULIE MORIN (20101 NORTH SEIRRA DRIVE, <br /> LOCKEFORD) (APN: 019-370-32) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above application and is proposing to construct a 504 <br /> square foot drive-thru coffee house and 192 square foot patio cover (Use Type: Eating <br /> Establishment— Convenience) and two new buildings. Building one will be 6,200 square <br /> feet in size and will be used for professional offices. (Use Type: Professional Services) <br /> Building two will be 8,750 square feet in size and will be used for retail sales and <br /> services. (Use Type: Retail Sales and Services — Intermediate) The project is located at <br /> the northwest intersection of North Sierra Drive and State Route Highway 12 & 88 in <br /> Lockeford. <br /> Neighborhood Opposition <br /> The Community Development Department has received a petition with 57 signatures <br /> opposing the proposed project. Although Site Approval applications are typically <br /> processed at staff level, the project has been referred to the Planning Commission for a <br /> public hearing due to the amount of opposition received. The Community Development <br /> Department has tentatively scheduled the project for the May 5, 2005 Planning <br /> Commission meeting. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application <br /> and responses from other agencies and will be recommending that the Planning <br /> Commission approve the project subject to the following recommended Conditions of <br /> Approval: <br /> Planning Application No. PA-0400400 was approved by the Planning Commission <br /> on . The effective date of approval is .
