The project includes a 95-foot- high monopole, an equipment cabinet, and a 6-foot-high chain link fence with barbed wire enclosing the leased area. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial)and the General Plan designation is I/L(Limited Industrial). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the south side of Sinclair Avenue, 2,000 feet east of State Route 99. (APN/Address: 159-020-10/150 North Sinclair Avenue, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 2) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Class 3 categorical exemption is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the proposed Notice of Exemption are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than April 4, 2019. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
