The project includes a 95-foot- <br /> high monopole, an equipment cabinet, and a 6-foot-high chain link fence with barbed wire enclosing the leased area. This <br /> parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial)and the General Plan designation is I/L(Limited Industrial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the south side of Sinclair Avenue, 2,000 feet east of State Route 99. <br /> (APN/Address: 159-020-10/150 North Sinclair Avenue, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 2) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Class 3 categorical exemption is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the <br /> proposed Notice of Exemption are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than April 4, 2019. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br /> would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: If this project is referred to the Planning Commission for a public <br /> hearing, you will receive notice of the date, time, and place of the public hearing at a later date. <br /> NOTE TO REVIEW AGENCIES: If this project is referred to the Planning Commission for a public hearing and you wish to <br /> be notified of the hearing date, inform the contact person noted above, and you will be placed on the mailing list.
