COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-93-13 <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $303 . 00 <br /> per additional daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 3 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee may be <br /> exempt if proof that no additional guest rooms are needed for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $245 . 69 <br /> per each guest room. The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 . 9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 4 . The frontage improvements for Fifth Street shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one-half of a <br /> 50-foot right-of-way local residential street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed, $23 . 00 for recording fee and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval.
