w <br /> r <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0700577 <br /> Conn <br /> I Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0700577 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on January,10, 2008, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 11, 2009, which is 18 months from the effective date of a roval <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been fled, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Patrick Crosby, 468-8597) i <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property lines between two lots <br /> as shown on the site plan dated December 11, 2007. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. MINIMUM LOT SIZE: Parcels 2, 3 and 4 shall be a minimum of 2 acres in size. (Develo ment Title <br /> Section 9-872.2[9]) p <br /> I <br /> d.
