These <br /> E <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a <br /> septic tank system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. <br /> A review fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: ^C. <br /> C. Install cement surface seal around well casing to sufficiently protect <br /> 1 well casing the integrity of well grout. <br /> d. Raise well casing 12 inches above ground level. <br /> e.
