'Project area' Includes all <br /> Improvements and areas used by the project. <br /> The total floor area of existing and proposed buildings contains 6000 <br /> ❑ square feet. For industrial projects, this amount is raised to 20,000 <br /> square feet. <br /> The total number of required automobile parking spaces equals or <br /> ❑ X exceeds 100. Each required truck parking space will be counted as 3 <br /> auto parking spaces. <br /> The number of full time employees equals or exceeds 25 for the shift <br /> ❑ X with the largest number. <br /> ❑ The project Involves the keeping, raising, breeding or caring of animals. <br /> CATEGORIES <br /> If 4 or more of the above criteria apply, the Major ❑ <br /> project Is considered Major. <br /> If 2 or 3 of the criteria apply, the project Is General ❑ <br /> considered General. <br /> If none of 1 of the criteria apply, the project Is <br /> considered Minor.
