Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$186.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. B. The Environmental Health Department is requiring the owner to provide physical and revised site map showing the existing home(s) at 10773 South Gamer Lane and their respective septic systems and wells. It appears that the property line passes through these existing residences (see APN# 177-090-37). A consultation fee will be required to be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of request. C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability Study (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). D. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
