Garner. Lane runs southwest from the Trench <br /> Camp-Escalon Road. <br /> This matter is evidently set for a hearing September 7 , 1972 , <br /> at 1: 45 o 'clock P.M. It will not he possible for me to he <br /> personally present then. <br /> However, I am the owner of the 20 acre almond orchard lying <br /> immediately north of the "endoza property. In fact that property <br /> was formerly a part of my land. <br /> I am informed that there is a problem of adequate space for the <br /> additional seo_ tic tank which might he required by the new <br /> mobile home <br /> It so happens that this is highly permeable, sanOv, loam soil. <br /> capable of absorbing readily enormous quantity of water. <br /> Then, too, I am willing and herehv offer to permit the ?4endoza <br /> family to put their new septic tank or seepage system or -roti <br /> on my own propertv,which comprising 20 acres would certainly <br /> satisfy any drain problem that could possibly arise. <br /> Mention is made of Garner Lane being a nrivate lane. <br /> It so happens that for a period of more than 3n vears, at least <br /> five different families have used that lane T-,ithout interruntion <br /> for all purposes .
