Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Applicant shall verify existing septic system(s) to this division's satisfaction prior to issuance <br /> of building permits. A consultation fee will be required at time of inspection. Construction <br /> of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4); <br /> B. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A$156.00 plan check fee is required <br /> at the time of submittal. <br /> D.
