(2) A minimum of 5 parking spaces shall be provided, including one van accessible spaces (.67 <br /> spaces are required for every employee plus two additional spaces). LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width, shall <br /> be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> h. STORAGE: There shall be no outside storage of vehicles or equipment associated with the <br /> operation or maintenance of the approved facility. Storage shall either be within an enclosed <br /> structure or inside a fenced and screened outdoor storage area. FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of static water supply(NFPA 1231 of <br /> the National Fire Code). <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. A knox box (key <br /> box)shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code,Volume 2, Standard <br /> 10-1. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property.
