Sola Road APN: 183-120-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> A portion of the site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Depth will be approximately 1 foot above natural ground elevation. <br /> Sola Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. Stow <br /> Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
