Prior to Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance approval, the existing agricuiturai weiis <br /> and the previously used domestic well shall be shown on the revised tentative map depicting <br /> the distance between the existing and proposed property lines. <br /> NOTE: Refer to San Joaquin County Well Standards for minimum distance requirements. <br /> E. The agricultural well on Parcel 46 must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently <br /> and the integrity of well grout. <br /> F. The previously used domestic well shall be brought into service and/or properly destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department, or obtain an Out-of- <br /> Service Well permit prior to Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance. <br /> G. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> H. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
