The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. Service shall be provided by Pacific Gardens Sanitary District. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 4. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> Service shall be provided by California Water Service. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 5. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the subdivision. Service shall be provided by Reclamation District No. 1614. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 6. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project).
