Juencke 2127 Manchester Avenue Stockton, California 95204 WILL SERVE LETTER REQUEST 3523 WEST SONOMA (APN 109-090-13) In response to your letter of March 1, 2006, City staff from the Community Development, Public Works, and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property which is located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. The following information is provided as a result of that review. The proposed use conforms the City's General Plan. The subject parcel does not lie within an Area of Benefit or a Community Facilities District. The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any sewer mains or laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the applicant's property. LAFCO review may be required prior to any main line extension. The property owner will be required to sign a conditional utility service agreement before connection to City utilities is completed for possible annexation to the City of Stockton. The subject parcel is located within the City of Stockton's Collection System No 3. There is sufficient capacity is available to serve the proposed project at this time. The required point of connection is in Sonoma Avenue at Modoc Avenue. All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the City's Public Works Department.
