After inspection of the contents,it was agreed that a <br /> representative from BOD Unit should be contacted. The patrol sergeant contacted EOD and they <br /> �. were not concerned that this was a situation for them. At this point the materials were cleared for <br /> removal. <br /> At approx. 2000 hours, the resident who found the backpack had contacted myself with witness <br /> information. S.O.was requested to return for follow-up.
