Will a congregation of people using this facility several
times a week over load the fragile septic system and futher comtaminate our
groung water? If not, will the county allow the rest of us in the area to
develope our land with the same ratio of people use per acre? Will the
congregation allow framing acticity during thier time of worship? Will spray
from farming affect cars and people gathered. Will the congregation turn
around and prevent the local farmers from caring for thier fields during
hours deemed by them to be unreasonable? Will roads in the area support
the extra load of autos. At Austin and Lathrop we already have about one
accident every 5 weeks with cars not able to make the turn. Southland,
Austin, Lathrop and Louise have no street lights or shoulders to protect the
city driver who is use to having this type of protection. This is a framing
community and I think it shoud stay as such. When and if the county
upgrades the area from farming to urban that would be the time to consider
this type of subdivision. I think this request is putting the cart before the
horse.
Yours truly,
Peter Post
