Y <br /> May 30 , 1990 <br /> Dr. Mr. St.Sure, <br /> This letter is to inform you of our opposition to the <br /> proposed division of property and construction of a <br /> church at 10221 E. Southland Road, Manteca, Calif. <br /> This is application # MS-90-86 . <br /> We have resided at 15663 S . Austin Road for 23 years and <br /> have seen a vast increase in traffic on this road and a <br /> steady movement of building congestion moving from the <br /> city limits to this direction. We realize that these <br /> are problems we can not control, but we strongly object <br /> to indiscriminately "jumping" this far past the town ' s <br /> bounderies to divide a prime piece of farmland, add more <br /> congestion to our road, and disrupt our relatively quiet <br /> living space, for what we feel is solely a "foot in the <br /> door" measure to insure handsome profits for the present <br /> owner of the property.
