Anderson & Assoc., Inc., and offers the following comments for your <br /> consideration. <br /> The results of the Soil Suitability Study indicate the parcels are suitable for on site <br /> sewage disposal systems with no adverse impact to groundwater over time. The study <br /> also presented the results of the nitrate and DBCP testing, which were all below the <br /> maximum contaminant level for those constituents. All conditions of approval under the <br /> jurisdiction of this office regarding the project MS-97-08 have been satisfied.
