Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) as part of the soil <br /> suitability study. <br /> C. Repair the existing septic system on parcel 11 under a <br /> sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> d. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank <br /> suitability study and percolation tests must be shown for each <br /> parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance 1877 and 11481, A.B. 939, <br /> and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> f.
