Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as <br /> follows: <br /> (a) Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention <br /> shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not <br /> less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits <br /> extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other <br /> or a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> 2. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> A Dig cion of Sin Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
