Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 6,) A. A Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 27, 2002, was submitted to the <br /> f� Environmental Health Department. Prior to recordation of Parcel Map,the Surface and <br /> el. Subsurface Contamination Report shall be deemed complete and approved by the <br /> y�II�I Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> D I� Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> oII �I1, submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> 6K (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
