Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> O The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 20, 3004,was <br /> a �rdeemed incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted <br /> to the Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> i� area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of <br /> Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br /> review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per <br /> olation hole is required. <br /> / The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> 3 Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin <br /> 1-,7 County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> RM <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
