Sowles Road APN: 007-380-14 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Sowles Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
