The land grades gently to the southwest. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department,the Site is zoned AL-5, <br /> limited agriculture,minimum parcel size 5 acres. This zoning designation"is intended to recognize <br /> and preserve areas that contain existing concentrations of small-scale agricultural operations and <br /> /dwellings" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us,2004). <br /> p 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Our office was provided with a preliminary map from Monte K. Seibel Land Surveyor,showing the <br /> proposed development.
