No. 11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi , California 95240 <br /> Phone : (209) 368-4159 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> Subject : Soil Suitability Study On the Maxine Heim property <br /> consisting of separating out about two (2 ) acres <br /> from of a larger thirty-seven acre agricultural <br /> parcel for an existing homesite. <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the <br /> results of Soil Profile and Percolation tests <br /> conducted on the Maxine Heim property located at <br /> 24900 Sowles Road, Acampo , California 95220 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems : <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed <br /> for the area in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> subject property. <br /> There is an existing homesite at 24900 Sowles <br /> Road, which is on Parcel No. 1 , which presently <br /> utilizes a combination leach line and seepage pit <br /> septic system consisting of three (3 ) leach lines <br /> forty 40 feet in length and three (3) seepage pits <br /> thirty-three (33) inches in diameter and <br /> twenty-five feet deep with no failures or repairs <br /> needed since it was installed about October 1.987 . <br /> Permits were noted for five (5) other properties . <br /> The septic systems were installed between April <br /> 1971 and September 1979 . No changes , repairs or <br /> failures were noted since their installation. All <br /> of the installations utilized a combination of <br /> leach lines and seepage pits as has been done on <br /> the subject property. <br /> Existing Use⢠<br /> The subject property involves about thirty-seven <br /> acres of which Parcel No. 2 consisting of about <br /> thirty-five acres is devoted to agricultural use as <br /> an almond orchard while Parcel No . 1 has an <br /> existing homesite on it . <br /> Ms-91-86-Maxine Heim <br />
