` .0.4 ` June 4, 2004 NOA Project Number: E04065A h. 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a 1993 aerial photograph available from Microsoft Terraserver (www.terraserver.microsoft.com). We counted the building clusters within one square mile Vsurrounding the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we determined that there were a minimum of 31 septic systems Lper square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site for the year 1993. _ 3.5 Septic and Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity i The following septic system permits and septic repair permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD: Table 2. Most permits were for new installations. i 3.6 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage One primary residence and one legal second dwelling unit per parcel are allowed by the zoning designation.
