APPLICATION - VARIANCE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> The following findings of fact must be made by the County before a Variance can be granted. Indicate what facts in the case of this application <br /> support each of the findings. These findings that you provide will be Included with the Staff Reports that are distributed to membars at the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> 1. Because of the special circumstances applicable to the property, including size,shape, topography,location or surroundings, the <br /> strict application of the zoning regulations deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other properties In the vicinity and under <br /> Identical zoning classification. <br /> See attached Exhibit "A"" <br /> 2. The granting of the Variance will not constitute a grant of special privileges inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties in <br /> the vicinity and zone in which the property Is situated. <br /> See attached Exhibit "All <br /> 3.
