INTRODUCTION <br /> This study was prepared to satisfy the requirements of the <br /> Conditions of Approval of Minor Subdivision 91-29. <br /> The property is located on Sowles Road , '� mile North of <br /> Liberty Road . <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> There is no proposed development . The project is to create <br /> a ten acre homesite. The remainder is a thirty acre parcel <br /> which is a potential building site. <br /> See Exhibit 1 <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USE OF SITE <br /> The site is range land and has been used for grazing . The <br /> remainder remains grazing land , however the ten acre <br /> homesite contains a house, barn , septic system and domestic <br /> well . <br /> EXISTING AND PROPOSED_SEPTIC TANK USE AND PROUND WATER <br /> TABLE <br /> The area is sparsely settled . William Fisher (APN 007-110- <br /> 09) and Ted Conner ( APN 007-110-05) live respectively West <br /> and South of the site. See Exhibit 1 . They were <br /> interviewed along with the project owner and the results <br /> were as follows: <br /> Ted Conner : Septic system is ten years old and he has had <br /> no problems. Ground water is 100/10 feet deep. <br /> William Fisher : Septic system is one year old and he has <br /> no problems . Ground water depth is unknown . <br /> Roy Ramacciotti • Septic system is one year old and he has <br /> no problems. The ground water depth is 90 feet . See his <br /> well log attached as Exhibit 22. <br /> PERCOLATION TESTS AND SOILS <br /> The soil is San Joaquin Loam per the "Soils of San Joaquin <br /> County" as published by the University. of California.
