<br /> phases. Phase 1, to be completed within 18 months, includes the construction of a 3,600 square foot warehouse, a 1,500
<br /> square foot expansion of an existing production building, a 2,914 square foot warehouse building, an 1,800 square foot
<br /> expansion of an existing warehouse building, a 2,400 square foot screened area, a 765 square foot screened area, and a
<br /> 2,475 square foot screened area. Phase 2, to be completed within five years, to include the construction of a 5,000 square
<br /> foot warehouse building. These parcels are not under a Williamson Act contract.
<br /> The Property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) and the General Plan designations are I/G (General Industrial).
<br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of East Sperry Road, 1,850 feet west of East Arch Airport,
<br /> Stockton (APN/Address: 177-280-36/431 East Sperry Road, Stockton)(Supervisorial District: 1).
<br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and
<br /> proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department.
<br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the
<br /> Community Development Department no later than July 24, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that date
<br /> may not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
