Adjustment Application 'No. PA-0600264 was approved by:,the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 11, 2006, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 4 <br /> This approval will expire on March 12, 2008, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Antonio Salcedo, [2091468-8597) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the plan <br /> dated September 1, 2006. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified .to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> r <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts and shall <br /> enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment.
