The project
proponem has said that access will only be via the waterways. We agree with this and in no way
would support an attempt to provide access to this project over privately owned lands. Any
access through private lands only encourages encroachment and trespassing onto private
property. We do not want to undermine the ability of agricultural operations to farm in this
region by any unwanted trespassing that could occur.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Please keep us informed of any further actions and
any information that may be provided by staff concerning this matter.
Sincerely,
4ao'-
Mike Robinson.
President
3290 NORTH AD ART ROAD• (209) 931-4931 •STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95215
