Flood Hazards <br /> APN# 129-290-01 and the southern portion of APN# 129-020-01 are in the 100-year flood plain.All <br /> structures,with the exception of the proposed 80 foot dock, are located on the northern tip of the island <br /> (APN# 129-020-01), which is outside of the 100-year flood plain. In addition, the Department of Public Works <br /> recommends as a Condition of Approval that all structures within the 100-year flood plain shall be elevated a <br /> minimum of one foot above the 100-year flood elevation. The Department of Public Works is requiring the <br /> applicant, as a condition of approval, to comply with Development Title Section 9-1605.16, "Flood Hazard <br /> Reduction"for any uses or structures within the floodway. <br /> San Joaquin County PA-0500224/Delta Habitat& Education Foundation <br /> Community Development Page 4 -- <br />
