Describe any on-site or off-site sources of noise or vibration (e.g.freeway noise,heavy equipment, etc.): During construction in Phase I there will be some noise associated with the building of the dock,the construction/placement of bathrooms and tent platforms, and the clearing of trails. . Phase I will require barge based construction and dredging for the drop-off dock.A small tractor will be used for clearing trails, barge based crane and a tractor/backhoe will be used for installation of pre-fabricated toilets. Phase II and III will require Barges,dredging for increased dock size,tractors/backhoes,and generators to power various power tools to complete the buildings,tent platforms,docks, and interactive outlooks and trails. Describe any on-site or off-site sources of light of glare(e.g. parking lot lighting, or reflective materials used): Phase 1 will not have any lights associated with docks and minimal interior lighting may be provided in toilets. Phase II and III may have some lighting associated with the docks and toilets to meet safety requirements.There may be some interior lighting at night associated with the guest docking office,the caretaker's quarters,and the conferencefinterpretive center. Describe any on-site or off-site source of odor(e.g.agricultural wastes): There may be slight odor related to toilet facilities. In addition there may be odor associated with the use of some equipment during construction. Describe any displacement of people that will be caused by the project e. . numbers of people, housin units): The island has no Housing units or inhabitants. Therefore,there will be no displacement of people by the project.
