Phase 1: construction of a 40-foot dock, two 10-site camping areas with restrooms and a 6- <br /> site camping area with restrooms, nature trails and interpretive outlook area. Phase 2: construction of a 3,000 square foot <br /> conference center, 400 square foot Native American village re-creation, an expansion of the dock constructed in phase 1 to a <br /> new 20-slip main dock, additional camping sites, restrooms and nature trails.
