Tosch October 3 , 1990 <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE # 14644 <br /> 1229 Goldenoak Way <br /> Stockton , CA 95209 <br /> Phone : ( 209) 478-4606 <br /> San Joaquin County Local Health District <br /> Enviromental Health Division <br /> Subject : Soil Suitability Study (Parcel Map No. MS-91-11 ) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil <br /> Suitability Study on the Thomas Erle property located <br /> at 6073 South Stanley Road , Stockton, CA 95205 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed <br /> for the area in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> subject property . <br /> Permits were found for two properties . The septic <br /> systems were installed in 1969 and 1971 . No problems <br /> were recorded for either of the existing septic <br /> systems . <br /> Existing Use <br /> The existing 20 acres is in walnuts with a home <br /> and other improvements . <br /> Percolation Tests <br /> Four percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the <br /> U. S . Department of Health, Education and Welfare <br /> and per requirements of the San Joaquin County Local <br /> Health District . <br /> On October 1 and 2 , 1990, four percolation tests <br /> were performed by me on the above referenced property <br /> in conformance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No . 549 . The approximate location of the test holes <br /> are shown on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> The shallow percolation test failed on both parcels . <br /> Parcel A: Deep Percolation Test Hole had a per- <br /> colation rate of 30 minutes per inch. <br /> Parcel B : Deep Percolation Test Hole had a per- <br /> colation rate of 15 minutes per inch. <br />
