The Oakdale Irrigation District (OID) Sweet Lateral is <br /> shown on the enclosed Encroachment Review map on the East half of the subject property. The thirty <br /> (30) foot private right-of-way road requested by San Joaquin County as a gravel fire access road crosses <br /> the Sweet Lateral along the South property line of the subject property. As a condition of approval for this <br /> project, OID requests an Encroachment Agreement from the landowners of record for the subject <br /> property, and an Encroachment Agreement from PG&E for the overhead electric lines required to serve <br /> the subject property. <br /> OID has reviewed this project with the applicants, Ed and Debbie Keaster. The applicants understand <br /> that OID can only issue an Encroachment Agreement to the titled owners of the subject property. OID <br /> has been informed by the applicants that the property is in escrow. An Encroachment Agreement has <br /> been sent to the applicants for review and the Encroachment Agreement will be submitted to the OID <br /> Board of Directors when the applicants have provided OID with a copy of the property deed showing they <br /> are the titled owners of the subject property. <br /> If OID can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to call me a (209) 847-0341, extension <br /> 237. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> OAKD GATION DISTRICT <br /> John B.
