6.0 LIMITATIONS Chesney Consulting declares that based on the document research, subject property inspection and the subsurface investigation as described in this report, the findings are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, as of August 11, 2005. This was the date of the last inspection of the subject property. It is noted that there was no testing for any adverse environmental constituent. The purpose of this report was to exclusively inform the Client and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and under the subject property as of the date of this report. This report is not a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and is therefore not to be used by prospective purchasers of the subject property, in whole or in part, since this report is for the exclusive use of Mr. Frank Bavaro, and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. Chesney Consulting does not assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of any environmental hazards. Compliance with submitted recommendations and/or suggestions in no way assures mitigation or elimination of environmental concerns. No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface conditions which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources. The subject property(surface and subsurface), adjacent land or underlying groundwater cannot be represented free from any and all environmental hazards. The possibility always exists for contaminants to be placed, or migrate through the soil, surface water, groundwater, or air at any point in time.
