The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a fifty(50)foot <br /> wide right-of-way from the southern property line of APN 207-300-13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 to extend Tiffany <br /> Lane across the parcel's frontage. (A$410.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee <br /> schedule.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The frontage improvements for Tiffany Lane shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for a <br /> fifty (50)foot right of way Rural Residential street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of Improvement Plan. (A$410.00 fee currently is required <br /> for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option,the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of$175.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 5. The developer shall prepare and record an agreement for notice to future owners for maintenance of the <br /> private road by the owners and shall be noticed by a statement on site map.
