A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey. A review fee of$178.00 is <br /> required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to recordation of deed or record of survey as required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department permitted the existing domestic well (Permit <br /> #77-1093) on September 21, 1977, with a notation that the old well would continue to <br /> be in use. On June 19, 2003, a site visit was conducted by the Environmental Health <br /> Department that unable to verify that the old well is in use or has been properly <br /> destroyed under permit with the Environmental Health Department. <br />
