Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record <br /> of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br />
