The Oakdale Irrigation District <br /> (OID) Hirschfeld Pipeline is shown on the enclosed Project Review map along the North <br /> property line of the subject property in a twenty (20) foot easement (Instrument No. 86- <br /> 84359). The three newly created parcels are less than ten acres in size, and per OID <br /> Board policy will not be allowed to irrigate without approval from the OID Board of <br /> Directors. Staff would support granting a variance to all three newly created parcels <br /> contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. Landowners to install a separate turnout outleting to a "cluster well" or manhole <br /> located adjacent to, but off OID's easement. <br /> 2. The well shall contain three gates; each with independent shutoff capability; and <br /> each with an independent service line running to each 9.9 acre parcel. The <br /> landowners will be responsible for acquiring all private irrigation easements <br /> necessary for this purpose. <br /> 3. Each service line to have an approved OID water meter to be kept in working <br /> order by the landowners as directed by OID. <br /> 4.
