a <br /> f <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-95-43 <br /> Da Silva Brothers <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-95-43_ was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on September 15, 1995, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 16„ 1997,which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review-and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. All dairy buildings on the remainder parcel shall be a minimum of 40' from any new <br /> property line. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See attached memo dated September 1, 1995. <br /> 3.
