The additional property(Parcel f3) <br /> identified is not contiguous with the original parcel and its total acreage of 1.4 is still less than <br /> the 2-acre currently required by the Development Title. In addition,the two separate parcels as <br /> proposed would not be beneficial in meeting the future needs of providing repair and/or <br /> replacement area of the septic system for the existing home. <br /> The prevision for a second unit dwelling that each parcel may request would be difficult to locate <br /> on the proposed Parcel #2 and #3 and provide a suitable septic system and replacement area in <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards because the parcels are not <br /> contiguous and less than 2-acres total and borders an irrigation canal. <br /> 10 d <br /> � <br />
