LIMITATIONS <br /> ChesneyConsulting declares that based on the document research, subject property inspection and <br /> g J P P <br /> the subsurface investigation as described in this report, the findings are true and accurate to the best <br /> of my knowledge, as of February 28, 2005. This was the date of the last inspection of the subject <br /> property. It is noted that there was no testing for any adverse environmental constituent. <br /> The purpose of this report was to exclusively inform the Client and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and <br /> under the subject property as of the date of this report. This report is not a Phase I Environmental <br /> Site Assessment, and is therefore not to be used by prospective purchasers of the subject property, in <br /> whole or in part, since this report is for the exclusive use of Mrs. Dorothy Inman, Mr. Roy Silva, Mr. <br /> Darwin Inman, and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> Chesney Consulting does not assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of any <br /> environmental hazards. Compliance with submitted recommendations and/or suggestions in no way <br /> assures mitigation or elimination of environmental concerns. <br /> No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface conditions <br /> which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources.
