A and B 6 <br /> almond orchard. <br /> 9D- Looking south from the northeast corner of the subject property along a irrigation <br /> ditch along the east boundary of the subject property. <br /> The subject property is in a AL 10—Agricultural zoning. <br /> Utilities consisting of telephone by Pacific Bell, electric by P.G. & E., water by an <br /> on site well, gas by an on site propane tank, water by an on-site well, sewer by an on-site <br /> septic tank and leach field and irrigation by S.S.J.I.D. were revealed in the field review. <br /> No ground discolorations or spillages of chemicals were found. On the date of the <br /> search, all pesticides, herbicides, chemicals and fertilizers were found to be properly <br /> stored and under lock and key. The fuel dispensing tanks on the subject property were in <br /> good condition and no leekage or spillage was evident. <br /> Also the visual above ground property search did not reveal any vent pipes, <br /> excavated areas or other evidences of below ground contaminant sources. No excavations <br /> were made as a part of the property search, however. <br /> Many of the aforementioned items seen on the property search are highly <br /> transportable and easily moved; so none of the positions, number of items or locations <br /> may be the same as those described above on any subject property search subsequent to <br /> March 4, 2002. <br /> Possible Septic Contamination: Existing San Joaquin County records of septic system <br /> permits in the immediate area of the subject property as well as the area in the immediate <br /> vicinity of the subject property were reviewed. A total of twelve (12) septic permits were <br /> reviewed and three of them were for the subject property. <br /> The three (3) septic permits found for the subject property consisted of two(2) <br /> permits for constructing leach lines varying in lengths from 25' to 40' with sumps at their <br /> ends and the remaining one was for an additional 25' long leach line with a 4'x 8'x 10' <br /> sump at its end. <br /> One of the off-premise permits was for three(3)40' long leach lines with a 3' <br /> diameter and 25' deep pits at their ends.. The remaining eight(8) off-premise permits <br /> were for leach lines varying in lengths from 40' to 75' in length with sumps at their ends. <br /> Three of the off-premise permits listed the soil as sandy-clay. Three other off- <br /> premise permits listed the soil as clay loam. Another listed the soil as hardpan and one <br /> other listed the soil as sandy loam.
