PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of parcel map or letter of approval indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel #2 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #2 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. <br /> e. The well on parcel #1 must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division as follows: <br /> Install a backflow valve and an approved seal on well casing <br /> not a metal plate. <br />
