Franceschetti Property <br /> which consists of making two parcels , Parcel No . 1 ( 11 . 2 <br /> Acres) and Parcel No . 2 ( 12 . 8 Acres) , out of a larger <br /> 24 acres parcel . <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> Soil Profile and Percolation tests conducted on the E . Franceshetti <br /> property located at 17266 South Steinegul Road near the city of <br /> Escalon 'in Joaquin County in the State Of California . <br /> Existing Septic System: <br /> Existing San Joaquin County Records were reviewed for the <br /> subject property as well as the area in the immediate vicinity of <br /> the subject property . One permit was found for the subject property <br /> for installing a leach line and a 6 ' X12 ' X10 ' sump . Nine (9) <br /> permits covering other properties in the general area were studied <br /> for a total of ten permits reviewed . One permit was for adding <br /> facilities consisting of two leach lines , forty (40) feet in <br /> length , for a total of eighty (80) feet . One permit was for a new <br /> facility consisting of installing three ( 3) leach lines , one <br /> hundred ( 100) feet in length plus another twenty (20 ) feet in <br /> length , for a total of three hundred twenty ( 320) feet of leach <br /> lines in the sewage disposal area . Another permit was for a new <br /> facility consisting of installing leach lines with pits at their <br /> ends . The remaining six (6) permits reviewed were for installing <br /> leach lines in combination with various size sumps similar that <br /> installed on the subject property . These septic systems were <br /> installed between June 16 , 1969 and August 26 , 1988 . The soil types <br /> noted in the permits were sandy loam, clay loam and hardpan . <br /> Existing Land Use : <br /> The major portion of the existing twenty-four ( 24) acres <br /> parcel is presently devoted to agricultural pursuit consisting of <br /> an in-place orchard . A small portion in the northeast corner of the <br /> 24 acres parcel has been established as a homesite . In the proposed <br /> E . Franceschetti MS-91 -74 <br />
